Benet Salellas i Vilar, solicitor. He holds an honors BA degree in Law from Universitat de Girona (2003). He also has a BA in Classical Philology from Universitat de Barcelona (1999) and a Diploma of Advanced Studies (doctoral studies) in Criminal law from Universitat Pompeu Fabra (2009). He works as solicitor since 2003. 

He has participated on the international protection of human rights, the limits of criminal law and terrorist offenses in conferences organized by the Bar Associations of Girona and Barcelona, by different universities (UPF, UdG o ISD d'Oñati) and in discussion panels organized by the civil society. He has published several articles in the press and is the author of the chapter entitled El derecho contra la justícia [the right against justice] in the collective book Rastros de Dixan, Islamofobia y construcción del enemigo en la era post 11-S [islamophobia and construction of the enemy in the post-11 era] (2009)", of the chapter Mínim estat social, màxim estat penal [minimum social state, maximum criminal state] in the collective book Perspectives (2013), of the chapter Fonaments jurídics de la desobediència [legal bases of disobedience] in the collective book Quan la por canvia de bàndol [when fear changes sides] (2014), coordinator and co-author of book Antígona emmordassada. Deu anys de repressió en els Països Catalans [muzzled Antigone, ten years of political repression in the Catalan Countries] (2017). He has been member of the catalan Parliament in the eleventh parliamentary term (2015-2017).

Mònica Tarradellas i Martínez, solicitor, holds a BA degree in Law from Universitat de Girona. She has been a lecturer in Legal Theory at University of Girona and at the school of legal practice in ICA Girona. She has been a legal adviser to victims of gender violence at the Institute for Resocialitzation (IRES). She works as solicitor since 1998.

Míriam Benítez i Jaramillo, solicitor, holds a BA degree in Political Science from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona (1999) and BA in law from Universitat de Girona (2008). She obtained a master's degree in culture of peace and conflict resolution in Unesco Center in UAB (2000), a master's degree in private law from UdG (2011). Studied the speciality on family law and she obtained the certificate on gender-based violence and and mediation law. She works as solicitor since 2010.
